IAP - In App Purchases

Auto-renewable subscription for master classes:

- You will get unlimited access to all existing and all new master classes on all length of your subsription. Length of subscription is 1 Month.
- Your IAP Account will be billed continuously for the subscription until you cancel.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off by going to the Account Settings at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

- Deleting your account on inSkate or deleting the inSkate application from your device does not cancel your subscription.


Terms of Use

By downloading and using of this Application you hereby agree with the following:

  1. You grant to the authors of this Application (hereinafter Authors) a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide right to interoperate with applications installed on your device. This right expires three years after you download this application. This right automatically renews each time you download or use this application.
  2. You give to Authors all rights necessary to enable your applications and services to work with this application, including the right to incorporate content and information.
  3. You give to Authors the right to analyze of information about using your device by you and other persons to whom this device is available for targeting the delivery of advertisements and indexing content for search.
  4. YOU RELEASE AUTHORS, AUTHORS’ DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM EACH AND EVERY CLAIMS AND DAMAGES, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY CLAIM YOU HAVE AGAINST US AND ANY SUCH PARTIES. IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE §1542, WHICH SAYS: A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR. AUTHORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS STATEMENT OR THIS APPLICATION, EVEN IF AUTHORS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. AUTHORS’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THIS STATEMENT OR APPLICATION WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO AUTHORS IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH CASES, AUTHORS’ LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
  5. These terms and your grant of rights encompasses the entire agreement between Authors, and supersedes all previous notices, understandings and agreements between Authors, including any terms of service your applications or service may have, whether oral or written.
