Crossrolls
Cross-rolls performed by Adam Lukash - Hungarian Ice Dance Champion. In theory, a cross-roll is a movement with a change of leg and direction of gliding. It is started with either leg on an outside edge, the free leg is placed behind. Next the free leg passes by the supporting leg in sixth position and then it is put on ice. After that, the legs are crossed and there is a transition to the free leg. Watch this video to see it in practice!
