The flying sit spin is a jump into a spin (usually, into a straight sit spin), with a perfomance of a sitting position in the air. Pushing out and landing go with one-leg usage. The main requierment for the flying sit spin is to assume the sitting position at the peak of the jump with a hip parallel to ice.&nbsp;
